2021 RUSH Spring Training 1
Program Description: The RUSH Training Sessions are focused around skill and technique development to perform specific technical skills and movements such as hitting, receiving and running with the ball at pace. Specific technical training provides the player with smooth, efficient movements and the ability to perform at a higher tempo with precision and success.
RUSH offers high tempo, intense training methods. We teach proper skill (hand and stick), as well as, efficient hockey related movements (body position) in each session. We teach players how to train at tempo, be confident and play competitively. RUSH gets your game to the next level. Are you ready to RUSH?
These RUSH Session are an evaluation session for our Elite Training Group where we select our travel team.
Program Details: Training begins March 2nd at 4S Ranch Sport Park (directions below).
Sessions are Thursday, 90 minutes. U16 & U19 will be 4:30 – 6pm.
Session one’s focus (1st four week block): Skills Development, Dynamic Repetitions and Competitions, Distributing & Receiving Skills. Session two’s focus (2nd four week block): Elimination & Defensive Skills and Situational Play. Session three’s focus (3rd four week block) Goal Scoring & Circle Play and Special Skills. All Sessions will end with game play and hockey fitness.

Tuesday & Thursdays (8 sessions) 4:30-6pm
Session dates:
Two – March 2 – March 25
Three – March 30 – April 22
(Make up dates/additional sessions until May 4th).
Dates might vary based on weather. If a session is cancelled, we will push back dates. There will also be session available in May to make up sessions.
Location: 4S Ranch Sports Park, 16118 4S Ranch Parkway, San Diego, CA 92127.
Cost: Session one, two, three: $350 (8 sessions, double session weekly) or $200 (4 single sessions weekly)
