Fall Training
The RUSH Training Sessions are focused around skill and technique development to perform specific technical skills and movements such as hitting, receiving and running with the ball at pace. Specific technical training provides the player with smooth, efficient movements and the ability to perform at a higher tempo with precision and success.
RUSH offers high tempo, intense training methods. We teach proper skill (hand and stick), as well as, efficient hockey related movements (body position) in each session. We teach players how to train at tempo, be confident and play competitively. RUSH gets your game to the next level. Are you ready to RUSH?
All Ages.
Session dates: September 15 – November 3 (15 sessions) Tuesday and Thursdays. Cost: $500 (or $40 a session, 7 session minimum)
