“NOW” SKILLS CLINIC: For field players ages 15-18
Clinic Description: Customized for the high school player age 15-18 who have been playing 2-3 years. This clinic focuses on refining individual skills needed for competitive game play. Designed to maximize touches on the ball with emphasis on hand skills and distribution techniques.

“NOW” SHOOT & SAVE CLINIC: For field players and GK’s ages 14-18
Clinic Description: The Shoot & Save clinic is for field players and goalkeepers. Designed to concentrate on the art of shooting on goal, goal scoring and goal saving. During this clinic players will develop techniques and decision-making skills needed in the attacking 25. Corners and penalty strokes will also be included in the curriculum. Goalkeepers get instruction from a specialized GK coach.

“NOW” JR. SKILLS CLINIC: For field players and GK’s ages 14 & under
Clinic Description: For the hockey player age 14 & under. Players will be grouped according to their age and skill level. Focus on skill development, proper technique, confidence and match play. Clinic includes game situations that encourage players to improve skills while having a lot of fun.

“NOW” PRE-SEASON CLINIC: For field players ages 14-18
Clinic Description: Prepare for your high school pre-season tryout with this high tempo hockey clinic. This clinic offers a combination of conditioning, speed, agility and high tempo hockey drills to get you ready for the high school season. Includes technical skill development and competitive match play. Designed for high school players ONLY!

What to Bring? Water bottle, court shoes (no cleats), field hockey outdoor stick, shin guards, mouth guard, goalkeeping full kit (GK only)
No hats or sunscreen needed. The facility is covered and shaded from the hot summer sun. We are SPF friendly for a sun protected hockey experience. We care about your skin and your hockey.
